Essentrics Classes with Judie Coulter are now ONLINE
Monday / Wednesday / Fridays –
the new season starts on Monday, October 5th at 9:30-10:30 am
All past participants who have a class punch card are encouraged to join and get their workouts at home. If you are unsure if you still have a card, please email Judie. All previously purchased punch cards expire Dec 31, 2020.
If you would like to begin the Essentrics program, you are more than welcome to join at any time.
Classes are delivered via Zoom, which is very secure and there has been zero security issues. They have spent countless hours improving their site, and have done very well updating security features often and continue to do so. Judie also has a new laptop and podcast-quality microphone, so this has been very effective in delivering a great class online.
