Pond Information Video

The ponds within Craig Bay Estates are critical components within the overall  infrastructure of the development.  As Craig Bay Estates was developed, these ponds were constructed where, at best, only sloughs existed originally.  Their construction was necessary, in large part, to help manage the stormwater generated across the community during significant precipitation events.  Today, thanks to the history of pond rehabilitation and ongoing maintenance, the residents of Craig Bay also get to enjoy the aesthetic and environmental contributions that these ponds can provide to the community.

A video, voluntarily produced by resident, Terry Ketler, in cooperation with the CLC’s Pond Sub-Committee, provides an overview of the ponds and the maintenance thereof.

It was recently shared at an information session with the community and can now also be accessed for viewing below, and via the link HERE.

It is also posted on the Craig Bay Estates website, under the Strata Living tab, where it will reside for future reference as desired.

The CLC’s Pond Sub-Committee is pleased to be able to provide this important information reference to the Craig Bay Estates community!
