October Bottle Drive Report

Thanks to the volunteers and residents who participated in another successful drive Friday. We were saddened to hear from Bob Williams, one of our most regular and long-standing volunteers, of his retirement. Thank you, Bob! We will miss you!  A total of $383 was raised for the Social Committee. 

September Bottle Drive Report

The September 6th Bottle Drive had 24 volunteers including 5 new people.  The extra help was much appreciated as we had an overflow volume of cans and bottles to sort.   The final result was delivery of $792 to the Social Committee. A sincere thank you to the 25 volunteers who came out Friday, August 2nd to collect, sort and deliver returnable beverage containers to the Recycle Depot. Many hands make light work. June Bottle Drive Report

22 hard-working volunteers were treated to an annual spring luncheon put on by ladies of the Social Committee after another successful bottle drive Friday. Thanks ladies!  Thanks also to the residents who put out returnable-for-refund BEVERAGE containers for the drive. No milk containers please. A total of $615 was raised for the Social Committee. 

May Bottle Drive Report

Many thanks to the 19 volunteers (including one new), who came out Friday, May 3rd to collect, sort and deliver returnable beverage containers to the Recycle Depot.  Thanks also to the residents who contributed returnable-for-refund beverage containers and provided baked goodies for the volunteers.    A total of $433 was collected for the Social Committee.

Thanks to the 14 volunteers who came out Friday to collect, sort and deliver returnable beverage containers to the Recycle Depot. Thanks also to the residents who put out returnable-for-refund containers and provided goodies for the volunteers coffee break.    Please do not put out containers that held any type of MILK product as they are acceptable only under the curbside recycling program.
