ART WALL POPS UP!!!!!
Art Wall is expanding to include: POP UP EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS WORKING IN NON-HANGABLE MEDIUMS.
Art Wall is looking forward to including a more diverse and thorough Craig Bay Artists’ representation. Art Wall is inviting artists working in: Pottery and other clay forms, hand-built or coiling (pottery/clay or fabric), Quilters and a broader representation in Fibre Arts, Sculpture, Carving, Glass, or natural organic Found Objects….we want your input!
Unlike the hanging art which is hung on safety hooks and is exhibited for approximately 3 months, our POP UPS will be featured for 1 day only, and will be exhibited during the Opening Reception of each exhibit rotation.
The upcoming Opening Reception is scheduled for Friday, April 12th.
Art Wall will provide: a table for exhibit purpose, exposure of your art through the on going Artist’s Corner publication and recognition in all our existing public formats.
HOW: No submission form is necessary, contact either me or one of the dedicated volunteers who serve on the Selection Committee (Rotating). Following discussion, a photo of the piece, or number of pieces, can be sent directly to Heidi Bunting (contact info below) and I will forward on to the Selection Committee for further consideration.
Submission Forms for the Painters, sketchers, carvers that can be hung, Fibre Art that can be hung, and Photographers will be posted starting on February 12th.
We look forward to continuing to promote and share artistic growth in our community of Craig Bay.
