Olive Oil Tasting and Presentation with
Max Del Vecchio from Pasta Fresca on Salt Spring Island
For those Craig Bay residents that are single or living alone, this event will include a presentation on olive oil focusing on the olive groves within the Gargano National Park, a UNESCO protected area on the Gargano penninsula in the Adriatic Sea. The Clemente family has had the rights to harvest these groves since 1895.
The event will include a presentation and olive oil tasting of a few varieties along with a tasting of Italian foods.
