Step 1:

Check the calendar for cottage availability. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.

The availability calendar is updated regularly, but may not always be accurate at any given moment – this is provided as a guideline for planning purposes only, and is subject to change at any time.

Step 2:

Submit your Reservation Requests to the Beach Club Coordinator via the online request form linked below, or send an email to cottages@craigbay.com .

Requests must be received at least 5 business days prior to the desired dates. 

Out of fairness to all residents, reservation requests will be taken in the order they are received – according to the date and time stamp on the submission. This includes submissions received over the weekend.

  • Please review the Terms + Policies currently in place, including the Cancellation Policy and Covid Cancellation clause.
  • We are unable to ‘hold’ or ‘pencil-in’ dates beyond the payment due date indicated when availability is confirmed (usually 2-3 days).

Please be advised:

Only registered Guests who have no symptoms or possible exposure to Covid can stay in the cottages.  No one who has symptoms or possible exposure to Covid can self-isolate or quarantine in the cottages.

Step 3:

The Coordinator will follow-up with reservation requests within the same day or next business day. If the requested dates are available and you wish to make the reservation, then please follow the instructions that will be emailed to you. 

Payment must be submitted to the mailbox at the Beach Club before the next Tuesday or Thursday so that your booking can be confirmed.

Once the payment has been received, a confirmation will be emailed to the resident with a review of the reservation details. This will also contain your lock box access code needed for entry to the cottage (this form may be printed). Please keep this information on hand, as it may not be possible to have it re-sent at the last minute if requested outside of the Coordinator’s work hours.

Payments that are not received on or by the due date indicated on the invoice will automatically terminate the requested booking. If there is a waiting list, the next person on the list will be contacted for those dates. Please contact the Coordinator if there is a problem with submitting your payment on time.
