Craig Bay is known for its generous spirit!
As usual, the Craig Bay Beach Club is supporting the SOS Angel Tree Program (supports children and families) and the Nanoose Elf Program (supports local seniors in need).
The SOS Angel Tree gift tags are now available at the Beach Club lower lobby – gifts can be dropped off at the Beach Club office until December 12th. The Nanoose Elf will be at Craig Bay on Friday, December 8th from 10-11am to accept your gifts – or drop them off at the Beach Club office ahead of time.

SOS Angel Tree Program 2023
Greetings from District 69 Society of Organized Services (SOS).
The Angel Tree program is a gift collecting initiative to request new donated toys and gifts to stock up our Toyshop. The program helps low-income parents, guardians, and grandparents to select a gift basket to put under the Christmas tree for their children or grandchildren.
The SOS provides the participating business with “Angels,” which look and hang like a Christmas tree ornament. The Angels suggest the age, gender, and a requested gift or toy to purchase. These suggestions represent items that we would like to have in our Toyshop.
Simply choose an Angel from the tree, purchase the gift, and attach the Angel to the new, unwrapped gift. The gifts can be delivered to the SOS Community Services Centre or delivered to the Beach Club office during open office hours – gifts collected will be picked up by the SOS on December 12, 2023.
During Christmas 2022, SOS registered 727 households, helping 1021 adults, and providing 1041 children with wonderful gifts and stockings to wake up to on Christmas morning. Your participation would make a significant impact on our community.
Sincerely,
Clare Holloway
