Congratulations to the Selected Artists!
The selection committee is delighted by the outstanding response to the artists’ call for the Art Wall project. As many as 13 talented artists from Craig Bay responded. We would like to thank them all for their submissions.
The limited space on the wall has prevented us from a larger display but the selection committee has chosen 6 paintings to hang in the Conservatory under the theme Colour & Gaiety.
We are pleased to announce the names of the artists who will be a part of this first exhibit:

Unfortunately we do not yet have an opening date for the Beach Club, and so the exhibit of the paintings chosen for this Premiere Art Wall will not be hung until the building is reopened.

A Community Supports A Community Within….
ART WALL SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO TUESDAY, AUGUST 4TH by 2pm…….
due to the August long weekend
As the construction winds down, we will be hanging the “New Hanging System” sometime in August once we receive the go ahead from BCsC Maintenance Committee.
The Premiere hang of ART WALL will feature Paintings by selected Craig Bay Artists. The exhibit will rotate every 2-3 months and the artistic form and motif will change as the Selection Committee evolves.
The MOTIF is: Gaiety and Embracing Colour (something we can all use a dose of in these unusual times)!
This project is inclusive to ALL Craig Bay Artists no matter Age or Experience. We want to CELEBRATE your talent and effort and provide a pleasant environment for your art to be professionally displayed complete with security hooks.
