
Step 1:
Check the calendar for cottage availability. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.
The availability calendar is updated regularly, but may not always be accurate at any given moment – this is provided as a guideline for planning purposes only, and is subject to change at any time.
Step 2:
Submit your Reservation Requests to the Beach Club Coordinator via the online request form linked below, or send an email to cottages@craigbay.com .
Requests should be received at least 5 business days prior to the desired dates. Last-minute booking requests may not be able to be accommodated, particualry if the request is submitted over the weekend.
Out of fairness to all residents, reservation requests will be taken in the order they are received – according to the date and time stamp on the submission.
If desired dates are NOT available, your request may be added to the waitlist. Please submit your waitlist requests IN WRITING to cottages@craigbay.com
- Please review the Terms + Policies currently in place, including the Cancellation Policy.
- We are unable to ‘hold’ or ‘pencil-in’ dates beyond the payment due date indicated when availability is confirmed (usually 2-3 days), however, we will do our best to assist you when possible.
Step 3:
Reservation requests will be responded to within the same day or next business day. If the requested dates are available, the invoice will be forwarded to you with payment instructions.
Payment must be submitted to the Beach Club office or dropped in the mailbox at the lower Beach Club entrance by the payment due date, so that your booking can be confirmed. Payments that are not received on or by the due date indicated on the invoice may terminate the requested booking. If there is a waiting list, the next person on the list will be contacted for those dates. Please contact the Beach Club office ASAP if you require more time to submit your payment.
Once the payment has been received, a receipt will be emailed to the resident with a review of the reservation details (please click ‘View Invoice’ to see the reservation details).
A check in email will be emailed 1 business day prior to the check in date. This will contain your cottage assignment and access code needed for entry to the cottage. Please keep this information on hand, as it may not be possible to have it re-sent at the last minute if requested outside of the Beach Club office hours.
