Class Calendar
Yoga and Movement class times:
Wednesdays 8:30 am – 9:30am (starts Sept 11th)
Fridays at 9am – 10:15am (starts Sept 13th)
Registration for fall session starts September 1st.
Please contact Laura Frey at laurafrey@shaw.ca and specify if you wish to register for both days or just once a week.
Fee: $10.00 per class, due monthly – payment is preferred by e-transfer at the end of each month. Pay only for the classes you attend (honour system). Cheques are also acceptable.

This is a slow and gentle practice. Improve stability by building functional strength, and well coordinated movement pattens. Increase mobility and range of motion. Working with your breath is a key component in yoga and a key component in feeling stable and steady. Develop skills to move efficiently, with greater ease and better balance. We approach each practice with a sense of curiosity.
*No previous yoga experience is necessary. You must be able to get up and down to the floor without assistance.
