The Craig Bay is a year-round active lifestyle community. There are 426 homes which are divided into five Strata Corporations; Shorehaven, Arbutus Grove, Meadow Beach, Seaside Village and the Onyx (condominiums). Shorehaven is managed by Colyvan Pacific Strata Management and the other four Strata Corporations are managed by Proline Property Managers.
The Craig Bay Beach Club is the pride of the community. Year round social events and activities include exercise classes, seasonal functions, crafts, bridge, choir and book and wine clubs, to name a few. You’ll find a Lounge, library and multi-purpose room on the upper level and a woodshop, arts & crafts room, gym, infrared sauna, pool, hot tub and tennis court on the lower level.
Homes for Sale:
If you are looking to purchase property in Craig Bay, you can find all homes currently listed for sale through realtors or private sale. There are no longer sales offices or show homes on site. Listings are advertised through MLS, signage in front of homes, or through local realtors.
Rental Properties:
Rental properties may be available through private owners. However, Craig Bay does not manage or maintain a listing of rental properties. Please contact your realtor or a property management company who specializes in residential rentals for more information.
