The Beach Club Conservatory may be reserved for Memorial Services, if the person who passed away is a resident of Craig Bay. There is no charge for the use of the space in this case. 

Please contact the Beach Club Coordinator to arrange for an available date and time, and to discuss any other details that may be required such as microphone use or guest cottage bookings. 

Be sure to allow for set-up and clean-up time before and following event. All services such as catering and rentals must be arranged by the resident or their friends and family. It is helpful for the immediate family to recruit a team of assistants to oversee the details of the day, such as the set-up and clean-up of the space, to avoid your distraction from the focus of the occasion. 

If you would like to notify Craig Bay residents of the passing of your loved one and convey the details of the Memorial Service, the Beach Club Coordinator can place a note in the Friday email for you at your request.
