Reduce struggle, strain and risk of injury through improved movement patterns. Find greater ease and comfort in all your daily activities.

The Beachcomber Artists is a fun group who share experience, ideas, techniques and laughter. Bring your own paints/art materials and join us for tea and painting on Wednesday afternoons and all day Mondays. No instructor is provided. All are welcome to join – men & women – however, please contact us in advance if you plan to drop-in as the schedule may change.
