Water Study Report

The Water Study Report is now available to residents to view HERE.  It is also posted on the website at http://craigbay.com/strata-living   The CLC gratefully acknowledges the volunteer effort and professionalism revealed in the report. A key thrust of the report is the need for collaboration between the Stratas to conserve water.

Heritage Land Reminder

The Heritage Lands Sub-committee is reminding all Craig Bay owners and residents that it is unlawful to disturb any archaeological or heritage site. It has recently come to our attention that someone has transplanted a potted plant into the interior of the Heritage Lands situated between our Craig Bay community and the shoreline.
