A gentle class that focuses on releasing muscle tension which can contribute to back discomfort. Work to maintain mobility of your pelvis and spine in a safe yet effective manner. Discover how breathing well can contribute to stability and strength.  Reduce struggle, strain and risk of injury through improved movement patterns. Find greater ease and comfort in all your daily activities.

WALK 2 B FIT Walking Group @ Lower level patio

We meet at the outside the lower level of the club house by the picnic tables for a one hour walk.  All levels of mobility are welcome – we will split into different levels as time goes by.  The emphasis is on SOCIAL!

Canasta @ Four Seasons Lounge

This group gathers weekly to enjoy one another’s company while playing Hand & Foot Canasta. Everyone pitches in to set up and take down.  We are a friendly, inclusive group. We hold a few fun tournaments during the year for those who wish to join in.  Anyone can show up to play on a Friday at 2pm or a Tuesday before 7 pm.  The fee for the year is $2.

The Singles Group is no longer meeting formally, with an event agenda. Those who would like to continue to gather informally, are invited to the Four Seasons Lounge on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 4:30pm. Please note that this is NOT a structured gathering, and it is dependent on attendance by those interested.

Beachcomber Artists @ Beachcomber

The Beachcomber Artists is a fun group who share experience, ideas, techniques and laughter. Bring your own paints/art materials and join us for tea and painting on Wednesday afternoons and all day Mondays. No instructor is provided.

All are welcome to join – men & women – however, please contact us in advance if you plan to drop-in as the schedule may change.

Some of the benefits of this gentle art are the promotion of better balance, reflexes, circulation, joint movement, connective tissue health, concentration, etc. and, of course, fellowship and fun. There is no instructor, and therefore, no cost to participate. The leader is a resident volunteer. Previous experience is necessary. Please contact to register.
