Fee’s: $10.00 per class if pre-paying and is due monthly for 2 classes per week- payment is preferred by e-transfer at the end of each month. OR a $12.00 drop in fee per class. Cheques are also acceptable.

This is a slow and gentle practice. Improve stability by building functional strength, and well coordinated movement pattens. Increase mobility and range of motion. Working with your breath is a key component in yoga and a key component in feeling stable and steady. Develop skills to move efficiently, with greater ease and better balance. We approach each practice with a sense of curiosity.
*No previous yoga experience is necessary. You must be able to get up and down to the floor without assistance.
