Mondays + Wednesdays
9:45 – 10:30am
Conservatory

We come together in fellowship while exercising to promote and encourage good health. Some of the benefits of this gentle art are the promotion of better balance, reflexes, circulation, joint movement, connective tissue health, concentration, etc. and, of course, fellowship and fun.

We do two sets with a very short break in between. There is no instructor, and therefore, no cost to participate. The leader is a resident volunteer.

New people are welcome anytime, as long as they have done Tai Chi before and can keep up.

(For beginners who wish to get started on their own, classes in Parksville can be found HERE.)
