FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q.  Am I able to use the Beach Club facilities without my Craig Bay host present?

A.  Yes and no.  You may use the Beach Club facilities while visiting a Craig Bay resident at their home, while they are present at Craig Bay.  If the Craig Bay resident you know is not currently present at Craig Bay (ie, they are on vacation or reside elsewhere at times) then their guests do not have access the Beach Club facilities under those circumstances.

But if the Craig Bay resident who is hosting you is present at Craig Bay, then you may visit the Beach Club facilities, even if they do not join you on site. In that case, guests are required to carry a green Guest Tag for identification and the host must provide their keyfob to the guest for entry into the building. Guests are required to sign in at the reception desk and abide by the Beach Club Rules & Regulations.

Q.  I see that there is a kitchen in the Beach Club. Can we cook a meal there while we are visiting the Beach Club?

A.  The kitchen in the Beach Club is for resident use only, and is intended to be used for preparing coffee, tea, and snacks during events and club meetings or for catering prep during official events. Personal cooking of meals is not permitted.

Q.   We are planning to visit the pool with our family, and we have a large stroller or wagon and would like to enter without going through the building. Can I get someone to open the outside pool gate for me instead?

A.  The exterior pool gate is not available for entry to or egress from the pool deck – except for in emergencies and for maintenance staff use. It is prohibited for someone to open the gate from the pool deck to allow entry (as per the Rules & Regulations). Safety and security of our premises is our utmost concern, so we appreciate your cooperation.
